ThriveMatch Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ThriveMatch platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses ThriveMatch in any capacity.

To use ThriveMatch, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

When you create an account with ThriveMatch, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach at connect@thrivematch.com
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date

ThriveMatch reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

You agree to use ThriveMatch only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the platform to harass, harm, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content or profile information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the platform
• Reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from ThriveMatch without written permission
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the integrity of the Service

ThriveMatch may allow you to submit, upload, or share content such as profile information, messages, and preferences ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

• Confirm that you own or have the right to share that content
• Grant ThriveMatch a limited license to use your content solely to operate and improve the Service
• Acknowledge that you remain fully responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of your content

ThriveMatch does not claim ownership of your User Content and will never sell it to third parties.

All content, branding, design, and technology on the ThriveMatch platform — including logos, text, graphics, and software — are the intellectual property of ThriveMatch and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

ThriveMatch reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our discretion if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• Your behavior is determined to be harmful to other users or the platform
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority

You may also close your account at any time by contacting us at connect@thrivematch.com. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease.

ThriveMatch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThriveMatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ThriveMatch, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses — including legal fees — arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which ThriveMatch operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of ThriveMatch after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
